Pride
of the Nation Budweiser
and the USMCA (United States Military Sports Association)
honored the top male and female athletes of the five
military services at the annual "Pride of hte
Nation" Awards ceremony at Cyrstal Gateway Marriott in
Arlington.
"These 10 men and women
are the best of the best and make us proud to be a charter
member of the USMCA," said Dan Guandolo, director of
International Military Sales, Anheuser-Busch. "They
personify hard work, tradition and the same commitment to
quality that Budweiser is based upon.
Recipients of the "Pride
of the Nation" awards were invited to an all expense paid
trip to Washington, DC, received medals presented by their
respective commanding officers and were awarded watches and
various gifts from Budweiser and other commercial sponsors.
